Choose a program, log your sets, and let FORM use your own history to make the next load recommendation more useful than a generic fixed weight.

FORM saves elapsed time, completed sets, load, reps, volume and notes. Progress analytics use repeated sessions—not one workout—to judge trends.

Programming
Choose the smallest plan you can repeat well.
Programs are matched to goal, experience, available days and expected session length. Every template remains editable; suggestions are starting points, not medical prescriptions.
Training intelligence
Progress without guesswork.
Track consistency, PRs, exercise-specific estimated strength, weekly workload, bodyweight and measurements. Muscle workload is a training-volume proxy; FORM never presents it as a direct measurement of muscle growth.
Why weekly streaks? Rest days are part of training. FORM's primary streak counts weeks where you complete at least 80% of your chosen schedule, instead of rewarding unnecessary daily lifting.
Consistency

Muscle workload
Weighted sets · last 7 days
Primary muscles count as 1 set; secondary muscles as 0.5. This is a workload estimate, not EMG or measured tissue growth.

FORM scores are relative programming aids based on stability, target tension, usable range, progression, fatigue, practicality and evidence confidence. They are not absolute truths.
FORM Club
Compete on consistency, not noise.
The leaderboard can include demo athletes for a useful empty-state, but real users publish through the FORM backend. Exact bodyweight, measurements, notes and private workout history are never placed in the public leaderboard projection.
Connection
Checking backend…
FORM Club will show whether the global backend is connected.
Publishing is opt-in. Enable Public Club profile under Profile first. Only your display name and daily leaderboard aggregates are public.
Profile & privacy
Your training, your defaults.
FORM collects only the information needed for the features you choose. No advertising SDKs, wearable integrations or health-device connections are included.
No birth date, location, contacts or health-device access is required. These choices are used to rank program suggestions and calculate a realistic weekly consistency target.
